Carbaret was originally produced on Broadway in 1967, with a stage revival in 1987 and the movie serving as for runners to the Alhambra 1989 debut. Once again we take you back to Berlin in 1929 at the famous Kit Kat Club prior to World War II. With the book by Joe Masteroff and music and lyrics by John Kander and Fred Ebb, Carbaret features such numbers as Wilkomme and the title song Cabaret.
